RETURNS
Returns will be accepted for full refund (less shipping costs) if returned within 30 days of receipt. There are no returns permitted on sample sizes unless the wrong sample was accidentally sent to you.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly sent products may also be returned for an exchange of like kind or full refund within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, you will be compensated for your return shipping costs.
We do sell samples of almost all our products so that you can try them out and not get "stuck" with a full-size product that you do not like.
In all cases, you must email or call and request authorization before any return or exchange will be accepted. Thank you for helping to keep our prices so low!
I'm not sure I will like a product. Do you offer sample sizes?
Yes! We realize not all products work for everyone and we do want you to be happy with your purchase. For that reason, we do sell samples of almost all our products so that you may test products prior to purchasing full-size bottles. Please note that sample sizes are large enough for you to test for any negative reactions and to see how you like the texture of the product. Samples may not last long enough to determine if you are receiving any benefit from the product, as this may take several weeks depending on the product being tried.
SHIPPING -- DOMESTIC
Shipping within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) is FREE for all orders over $75. All other orders within the U.S. ship for a flat shipping fee of $6.95. All orders within the U.S. ship by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please note Delivery Confirmation only tells you when the package arrives to your city. You will receive an email directly from USPS.com when the package is shipped, so please check your spam folders if you don't see this email.
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. Most orders should arrive within 2-3 business days after being shipped. If you need your order even faster, please write and we can arrange a rush order and even overnight delivery if desired.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
In order to make our site feasible for international customers, international orders by default ship via USPS Global Priority Mail for the low price of only $17.95. International orders of $200.00 or more ship for free. This includes all packages going to Canada. Global Priority generally takes 6-10 days to arrive after the order has been shipped. Your order will be shipped as a commercial sample or gift to try to avoid duties or taxes, however, in the event that your country does impose customs or duties, the customer is entirely responsible for such charges and neither Skin Beautiful nor NF Enterprises will be held liable.
NOTE: Packages sent via Global Priority International Mail are, unfortunately, not trackable nor insurable. We have rarely had packages go missing, however, it always remains a possibility, so please note that because this cheaper shipping option has no insurance nor tracking, we are not responsible if you do not receive your package. Thus, if you wish to have tracking or insurance, the cost is an additional $10 - $15, depending on the weight and size of the package. Please email us and we can easily arrange this for you!
