Damaged Products/Wrong Item Received

Sometimes (not often) we make a mistake or a product gets damaged during transit. If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, just let us know by sending us a support ticket. We will send you a prepaid, return shipping mailer for you to return the original product. You will be sent the correct product at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. It is highly recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. USPS provides both of these for a nominal fee and is usually the cheapest shipping method.

All orders placed by Monday through Friday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. All domestic orders ship USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship via USPS First Class International or Priority International, depending on the shipping you select at checkout.

Domestic Shipping:

FREE United States Postal Service Priority Mail shipping for U.S. orders of $60 or more

$7.95 – United States Postal Service Priority Mail for U.S. orders under $60

We ship orders within 1 business day. Packages should arrive in approximately 2-3 business days from the date that USPS receives them. (These times have been extended to 3-4 business days by USPS since COVID.) Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays.

You will receive a tracking number directly from USPS via email when your order is shipped, which you can use to track your package’s status. Detailed tracking notifications are available from USPS itself. Check their website for more information.

International Shipping:

USPS First Class® International – $19.95
USPS Priority Mail® International – $39.95
FREE USPS First Class International Service® – Order over $120.00

Most international first class packages take approximately 10-14 business days to arrive. International Priority Mail packages usually arrive in 6-10 business days. In all cases, we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs. 

You will receive a tracking number directly from USPS when your order is shipped. The notifications received or available depends on your country and the services they make available to you. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information if you have any questions or concerns.

Yes, you’ll receive an email with your invoice and receipt. You’ll receive an additional notification when your order ships as well.
